This is an L.A colors eye shadow pencil; it can be used as an eye shadow, eyeliner or even a base for eye shadow. It is really cream and easy to apply. I cannot fully compare it to the NYX jumbo eye pencil but if you were interested in trying an eye pencil a bit cheaper then the NYX one I would recommend this one. :)

I personally use white one as a eye shadow base sometimes! :)
